My framework is unit economics-governed growth: go-to-market engines where LTV:CAC is a governing constraint, ICP is precisely defined, and embedded payments create compounding moats. In vertical SaaS, the company that becomes the system of record wins — and expands share of wallet from that position.

When I'm not working, I'm with my incredible family — my wife of 31 years, Allison, an accomplished teacher; my son Jack, a SaaS company founder in his own right; and my daughter Abby, a national champion cheerleader and emerging coaching and corporate talent. Beyond that, you'll usually find me on the golf course, snowboarding, or cheering on my beloved Colorado State Rams.
